Worship, along with with learning, social action and kesher, is one of the four pillars on which the Beth Messiah community rests. Whether on Shabbat, the High Holy Days, festivals or special services for small communities (chavurot), you will find people worshiping Yeshua at Beth Messiah.
Most of the prayers in our prayer book are formulated in the plural, not in the singular, underscoring the connections that we have with one another and all of our prayer services have an intentional focus on the Messiah Yeshua. In communal prayer, we celebrate moments of joy and comfort one another in times of grief. Surrounded by loved ones, we invite God’s presence.
The structure of our prayer service encourages us to celebrate our Messiah Yeshua by engaging our rich tradition, sacred text, and the presence of God in our midst. We strive to create worship services that are meaningful, inspiring, engaging and accessible to all. Recognizing that not all members are fluent in Hebrew, we provide transliterations wherever possible and English translations. We sing contemporary messianic music, learn new music together and in every service you can join in our davidic dancing.
We are blessed with rabbis who are learned and dynamic and a gifted and talented worship leader, along with an amazing cantor, and they create worship services that are meaningful, inspiring and engaging. Each one of these services is an open door to a Beit Messiah, a House of Messiah. Please come in!
