 At Beth Messiah, we don't pass a plate for offerings.   There is a place set aside for tithes and offerings for members and guests who would like to contribute. As Messianic Rabbi Richard says, "G-d is more concerned about your heart than your money.  If He has your heart, everything else will fall into place."
